This coffee boasts high sweetness and noticeable acidity, roasted to a medium level. It features a dominant aroma of orange zest, with flavors of maple syrup coming to the forefront, complemented by notes of nuts and molasses.

AFTER HOURS:
A fantastically balanced, mild, decaffeinated specialty quality coffee from Mexico's regions: Chiapas, Veracruz, Oaxaca and Puebla. Ideal for those who drink a lot of coffee, but don't need an extra boost.
In your cup, you'll discover notes of cherry, black tea, and lemon. The coffee undergoes the Mountain Water Process, an indirect decaffeination method that uses pure water from Pico de Orizaba, Mexico's highest mountain.

HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF IT
These coffees are ideal for brewing in an espresso machine, moka pot, or French press. They serve as an excellent base for a latte, cappuccino, or macchiato, and also shine as a straight espresso or americano.
