The secret to perfect coffee popsicles
The key to great popsicles? Quality ingredients! Since espresso is the star of the show, using exceptional coffee will ensure an equally exceptional taste. Opt for a coffee with naturally sweet notes, such as Sunshine Por Favor, Midday Chill, or Brazilian Roast. You can easily brew a strong shot of espresso at home using a moka pot or espresso machine.
For an extra indulgent touch, chocolate syrup adds a subtle sweetness that beautifully complements the coffee. And for an adults-only version, swap the syrup for your favorite coffee liqueur—it’s definitely worth a try!
